We take your privacy very seriously. All personal information shall be used in accordance with the terms of this policy. By using the platform either on our Mobile / Web App (Master-O) you acknowledge and agree that you are 18 or more years of age, have read and accept the terms of the privacy policy and the Terms.

SERVICES AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

InspireOne Technologies (Master-O) is a B2B SaaS organization that leverages digital technologies to make capability development, enablement & engagement effortless.

Master-O is frontline readiness platform that elevates customer interactions for frontline executives using interactive microlearning, game-based assessment and AI powered coaching, engagement and enablement. As part of this solution, Master-O shall collect information, including the registration details and information shared by your organization.

By registering to the use of the App, you acknowledge you have read the Terms & Conditions and this policy and have understood the same; and agree to the following.

On registration, Master-O shall collect the following information; but not limited to:

Your log-in details (which could include your name, mobile number, email address or Google login / Microsoft login information).
Your demographic information, as shared by your organization.
Your device information may also be collected, in case of you are downloading or streaming a content on the App on your device, including where available, the device’s unique device identifiers, operating system, mobile network information as well as the device’s telephone number, for system administration.
The use of the App shall generate log information and the same may or shall be stored on the server logs, including but not limited to the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Internet Service Providers (ISP) clickstream data, browser type and language, viewed and exit pages and date or time stamps.
Information shall be collected on your contact with our customer support team. Such information shall be used to identify you as a customer and help improve the service provided.

STORAGE, RETENTION AND DISCLOSURE

User Consent is taken before taking data.
All information provided by the users shall be stored on a secure server. The information collected shall be treated securely and in accordance with the privacy policy. All steps shall be taken to ensure its safety.
Master-O does not sell any information to third parties. Information collected by us will be stored in third party infrastructure who in turn are duly bound to ensure data security through the privacy policy shared by them. In case of any privacy breach by third party, Master O shall not be responsible.
Development of the business may entail the buy and sale of business or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, data may be part of the transferred assets.
The information collected and only what is necessary, shall be provided to agents, consultants and related third parties in order for the company to perform certain business-related functions.
Information collected may be disclosed, if required and allowed to do so by law in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation in order to:

Protect and defend the rights or the property of Master-O.
Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of the users or the public; or
Protect against legal liability.

All user data is stored & retained only for the purposes of product development and benchmarking of usage on the platform.
We need to retain the data till perpetuity to enable us to retain the basis of our output (includes analytics etc.)
All user data is stored in accordance with country or regional specific laws. Data for any user belonging to the India region will be stored in our India servers while data for any non-India user will be stored in our EU (European Union) server region.

SECURITY

Master-O takes reasonable measures to protect any personal information against loss, theft, unauthorised access, collection and disclosure, and improper use or modification.
Information collected by us will be stored in third party infrastructure who in turn are duly bound to ensure data security through the privacy policy shared by them. In case of any privacy breach by third party, Master O shall not be responsible.
All information collected is password protected. In the case of the user disclosing the information to anyone else, Master-O cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the data.
Any external link followed from the app may have their own privacy policies. Master-O shall not be liable or shall not accept any responsibility for the policies or for any personal data that may be collected through these websites or services, such as contact and location data. The users shall be liable to check these policies before submitting any information, for the use of the third party services.

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)

Data is stored as text, audio and video which is analyzed for the purposes of skill assessment and development. The input from the user is sent to the server and third party provider for automated AI based analytics which sends back a response based on the input but does not store the input data itself. The user input is stored in a separate third-party provider’s infrastructure where our platform is hosted. This ensures distributed risk across third-party platforms who themselves are governed by robust & stringent data privacy practices.

CHANGES TO THE POLICY

Any changes made to this policy shall be made to this present page, and where appropriate the same shall be notified to the users by such means as considered appropriate. The update shall be deemed to be read by the users. The Policy shall be applicable as when it is updated, effective immediately
