InspireOne Technologies (Master-O) is a B2B SaaS organization that leverages digital technologies to make capability development, enablement and engagement effortless.

Master-O is a frontline readiness platform that elevates customer interactions for frontline executives using interactive microlearning, game-based assessment, and AI-powered coaching, engagement and enablement. As part of this solution, Master-O shall collect information, including registration details and information shared by your organization.

By registering to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and this Policy, understood the same, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Information We Collect

On registration and during the course of your use, Master-O shall collect the following information, including but not limited to:

  • Your log-in details, which may include your name, mobile number, email address, or credentials via Google Login / Microsoft Login or any other secure single sign-on approach.
  • Your demographic information, as shared by your organization.
  • Your device information, including where available, the device's unique device identifiers, operating system, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number, collected for system administration & debugging purposes.
  • Log information generated by your use of the App, stored in server logs, including but not limited to IP addresses, ISP clickstream data, browser type and language, viewed and exit pages, and date or time stamps.
  • Information shared during contact with our customer support team, used to identify you as a user and to improve the services provided.

3. Storage, Retention and Disclosure

Master-O is committed to handling your personal data responsibly. The following principles govern how we store, retain and disclose your data:

Master-O shall not be liable for the policies or practices of third-party websites or services, including any personal data they collect. Users are advised to review such third-party policies before submitting personal information.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Master-O uses AI technologies as part of its platform capabilities. The following governs how AI interacts with your data:

  • Data is stored as text, audio, and video and is analysed for the purposes of skill assessment and development.
  • User input is transmitted to the server and to a third-party AI provider for automated, AI-based analytics. The AI provider returns a response based on the input but does not independently store the input data.
  • User input is stored in a separate third-party infrastructure provider where our platform is hosted. This ensures distributed risk management across third-party platforms that are themselves governed by robust and stringent data privacy practices.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Any changes made to this Privacy Policy shall be reflected on this page. Where appropriate, users shall be notified by such means as considered reasonable. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any updated Policy shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
